Maybe who I am

I guess I'm more interested in who people think other people are than who they think I am. Like my friend Popeye, "I am what I am and that's all what I am..."

For all outward appearances Your "Aunt Tillie" or Your "Uncle Samuel" and I are all alike, we are the boring unmarried relative who never did anything with their life except work a boring job. My mission here is to have you talk to them and learn a little about who they REALLY are and maybe something about their personal history. Ask them about their hobbies, what are their favorite books, what did they do when they were your age. You may be surprised, the universe knows you'll make them happy. So they'll talk more than you wish they would, you'll survive.

You might find out tons of things, maybe they bowled a 300 game... more than once, maybe they were State Fencing Champion in college, maybe they dated Dustin Hofman, maybe they were at the Kent State riots in 1970, maybe the job they had or have was really interesting. There are so many things you can find out about the people you know, whether they are your "old" maiden aunt, a friend, another relative or even your significant other. Listen and ask, "Listen and ask!!"

Maybe they were a Palm Reader, maybe they were a clown.

Now I wonder where the heck
did I put my nose?
